Kim Trusty

I guess you have been wondering what I’ve been up to.  . . . Here's the news:

Kim is taking a moment to augment the important cause of education by performing for the student body at Meeting Street School; the first in the new building!

Kim is available for other educational performances and instructional opportunities.  Currently she is the Artist in Residence at CVS Highlander; teaching students music from Kindergarten through Fourth grade. As well, she has an after- school guitar program at Henry Barnard School. Contact Kim.

Keep your eyes open for Kim's new Dance Band assembled for corporate and special events. E-mail management@kimtrusty.com for more details.

Kim's "Katrina" song has been used in the radio documentary, "The Great Equalizer? Hurricane Katrina in Mississippi ," by Jennifer Gold ’06 and Sarah Modiano ’06 on the experience of two Catholic parishes, one predominantly white and one predominantly black, unexpectedly brought together by the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina.

Kim's current CD "Sweet Novena" will soon be available through Neoga Records. Also, Kim is in the planning stages of her Jazz CD with Joe Parillo, which will also be available at Neoga Records. Special Guests will be appearing, so stay tuned!

Did you know Kim is on Itunes?

She is also on Best Buy Independent Music.

Kim recently celebrated 9years cancer free (whohoo!) and looks forward to many many more years of celebration.
